We offer a flexible return policy. Please contact customer service at 1-800-428-8112 (email@example.com) to obtain an RMA. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. All products must be returned in original packaging. Product can be returned to the physical store or via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. The address is 3735 Oakwood Avenue Youngstown, OH 44515. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed with same credit card as original sale once product is returned.
All items will be shipped in a timely manner. If an item will be delayed by more than 3 business days the customer will be notified. Items will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes. To determine when a package will arrive, please note that we ship M-F(excluding holidays). Orders are normally shipped one business day after order is received.
